Ronald Darby Asks Why Other FSU Student Wasn’t Dismissed by University

Bills rookie Ronald Darby is facing criticism for question whether or not the other student in the De’Andre Johnson video was facing disciplinary action from the University.
After the video was released of De’andre Johnson punching a female student in the face at a bar, FSU quickly dismissed Johnson from the team.

Darby tweeted out “What I want to know is whats happening to the girl that clearly hit De’andre first? It’s never right to hit a girl at all.” The tweet has since been deleted, but that didn’t stop him from receiving criticism.

Darby tried to follow up with a subsequent tweet, but it wasn’t much better. “But they have to get some kind of consequence as well. Ya’ll can’t keep letting females provoke guys in all ways then walk free. Like?”

Darby was a teammate and was named as a witness to the Jameis Winston alleged rape by the 2015 first overall pick in 2012.

Darby didn’t stop his twitter rant there. After deleting the tweets he has since sent out more tweets to try to justify his words.

Welcome to the NFL Ronald Darby. I guess sometimes you have to grow up quickly in the NFL and make sure that you “DON’T PRESS SEND,” in the words of ESPN analyst Herm Edwards.
